Shipping will be carried out using national couriers. Delivery times are weekdays between 0900 and 1800.
Saturday delivery is available and subject to a surcharge of £25.00.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time and day stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late or non delivery on the stated day.
Shipping is considered to be satisfactorily accomplished when the product is first presented at the required delivery address. In the event of a delivery failure due to absence of the purchaser, a notification will be made, to arrange for re-delivery or collection by the purchaser, according to the circumstances.

Our given lead times are as accurate as possible at the time of ordering. If there are any major delays you will be informed.
It is essential that the delivery address is clearly and correctly given. Delivery to an incorrect address given by the customer, will discharge any and every responsibility of the Italian Lighting Centre.
Breakages:
When goods are delivered, they must be examined immediately for breakages; and any signs of damage to the packaging. If this is not possible, the goods must be signed for as "Unexamined". In this event the goods must be examined within 7 days, and any damage reported in writing to the Italian Lighting Centre. Italian Lighting Centre will replace any breakages that incur during shipping.
Shipping Surcharges:
Delivery charges may increase for items being sent outside of mainland Britian (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc).
International Orders:
We are happy and able to supply countries worldwide. Please contact us before you order and we will be quote you an at cost shipping price. Please supply us your location and the products of interest and we will get back to you, with a shipping quote
International Customs Charges:
In some countries, outside of the EU, purchases may be subject to local duties and taxes. Italian Lighting Centre is not responsible for the collection or payment of these duties, and if applied they remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
