If an item does not meet with your 100% satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it, after informing the Italian Lighting Centre that this is your intention (essential for obtaining a refund).
Unlike many other shops with Italian Lighitng Centre there are no cheeky re-stocking fees!!
You must notify us in writing of your wish to return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it.
We are unable to offer refunds on hand made Murano Chandeliers, as they are by their nature custom made individual items. This also includes special orders, or off-catalogue items.
The written consent of the Italian Lighting Centre must be obtained before cancellation of any order becomes operative. Under no circumstances may goods be returned without first notifying the Company.
You may wish to replace the return with a different lamp. In this case only a nominal handling charge will be made, and a new order will be put in hand. Should you merely wish to withdraw from your contract, an extra charge will be made to cover the disposal of the unwanted article, when your payment is reimbursed.
Any return which arises from a clearly defined visible manufacturing defect, or due to a non-conformity of the goods delivered to the goods ordered, will after verification by the Italian Lighting Centre, entitle the buyer to a full credit to his/her credit card.
Before returning goods for any reason, please tell the Italian Lighting Centre and give reasons for the return. Italian Lighting Centre will issue a numbered return note, which must accompany the returned goods.
The returned goods should be carefully packed in their original packaging, to minimise, risk of damage in transit.
Returned goods should be insured during transit so that the Italian Lighting Centre is guaranteed for their value, should they arrive in a damaged condition.
Refunds are for the purchase price only, less any relevant handling charge. Return shipping costs and the insurance cost, are the customer´s responsibility.
Undamaged unwanted goods must be returned in factory condition.
